Is all the jewellery made from real silver?

Yes! All of our jewellery is made using pure 925 Sterling Silver and has been plated with either Rhodium, Gold, or Rose Gold.

Is your jewellery suitable for sensitive skin?

All of our jewellery is made using pure 925 Sterling Silver and has been plated with either Rhodium, Gold, or Rose Gold. Therefore, our jewellery is less likely to irritate your skin.

What do I do if I receive a broken item?

We are so sorry to hear that! In this case, you can place a return request by filling out this form. Please ensure that you do so within the first 3 days of receiving the damaged product. Once you have submitted the form we will get back to you within 1-2 business days and do our best to help you out.

Is your packaging plastic free?

Yes! We went through the extra effort and did some extensive research to bring to our customers packaging that is plastic-free and optimally designed to store your jewellery.

Can I add a gift note and/or gift packaging?

Yes, we provide this additional service at no added cost. Just drop us an email at support@shopeve.in and we will revert back within 1-2 business days. We are always happy to help bring smiles to our customers faces!

Order Cancellation/Exchanges/Refunds

How do I return my order?

You can place a request to return your order within 3 days of receiving it by filling out this form. Once you have filled the form we will get back to you in 1-2 days with the details on how to proceed with your return request. You will need to provide us details about why you would like to return the product. Only products that are in their original condition with the packaging provided will be accepted.

Can I change my order?

Yes, you can change/edit your order, by filling outthis form, as long as your original order has not been shipped. If your order is out for delivery then you will not be permitted to change/edit it.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can place an order cancellation request by filling out this form. It should be noted that only orders that have not been shipped out at the time of placing to request will be eligible for cancellation. We will get back to you regarding your order cancellation within 1-2 business days.

Can I exchange my order?

Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges. Instead, you could place a request to return your order and can then place a subsequent order. It should be noted that we process returns only within the first 3 days of our customers having received the products.

When will I get my refund?

If you have returned your order, once we receive the order and inspect it we will initiate a refund. If you have placed a cancellation request, as soon as your request is approved a refund will be initiated. In both cases, after initiating a refund you will receive your refund within 5 to 7 days on the same payment method.

Shipping/Delivery

What is the estimated delivery date of my order?

You will receive your order within 5-7  days of placing it. Custom orders can take longer.

Is there an option for express delivery?

We do not directly offer this service, however, you can opt for this service at additional costs by dropping us an email at support@shopeve.in

I need to change the delivery address. How can I do that?

If your order has not already been dispatched we can update your address, just send us an email support@shopeve.in and we will do the needful.

Where do you ship?

At the moment, we only ship within India. Although, we are hoping to deliver to international locations soon!

Why is my coupon code not working?

It should be noted that coupon codes are case sensitive, so we would request you to check if you have entered the correct code. Furthermore, it could be possible that the coupon code has expired, in which case, we would request you to reach out to us at support@shopeve.in with a picture of the coupon code and we will do our best to help!

Yes. Our store is powered by Shopify and our payment processor is Paytm. Both of which use the latest technology to ensure your data is secured.
